The fitness tracker is suitable for various sports activities, such as walking, jogging, cycling and other fitness exercises. The runR ONE measures your steps, burned calories, traveled kilometers and active periods of time during the day.

In addition, it monitors your heart rate and blood pressure, showing all data collected in several statistics. You can use the detailed daily reports to analyze and optimize your fitness level. It’s easy to follow your constant progress which makes exercising a lot more fun!

Heart Rate Measurement*

The integrated heart rate measurement monitors the heart rate 24/7 providing detailed real-time data to be evaluated and illustrated in a diagram for you. Thus, you get a comprehensive understanding of your heart rate situation.

When activating the automatic monitoring, the heart rate sensor measures your pulse every 10 minutes and synchronizes the data with the App every 30 minutes. Of course, you can also activate the manual measurement to receive one-time checks of your current heart rate.

Blood Pressure Measurement*

The runR ONE allows you to monitor your blood pressure through one-time measurements. Check your blood pressure any time by just resting your arm for about one minute on a table. The data of all measurements will be synchronized with the App.

Sleep Monitoring

Thanks to detailed sleep tracking, you can measure the length and quality of your sleep to find out more about your sleep patterns (e.g. the stages of sleep you cycle through from deep sleep to light sleep). The runR One tracker determines whether you’re asleep or not by analyzing your movement and heart rate through sensors.

Reminder for Inactivity

If you activate this function in the app, you will be reminded to move after certain periods of inactivity. When the alarm goes off, you should stand up and move to avoid the risk of a sedentary or inactive lifestyle. Maintain your physical health and relieve your tensions!

In addition to the sedentary reminder, the fitness tracker has further notification features: You can set an alarm or use the stopwatch.

Remote Control for Taking Photos & Playing Music

Use your fitness tracker to take pictures and play music! By pressing the function key on the fitness tracker, you can easily take a photo with your smartphone. In addition, the remote music control allows you to comfortably switch the music on your phone during training sessions via the fitness tracker.

Energy-saving Battery & Easy Charging

To save energy, the display turns off automatically and can be activated again by simply turning your wrist towards you. Remove the strap and then charge the fitness tracker by plugging it directly into the USB port on your phone charger, laptop or power bank. Thanks to the built-in battery, the runR One can be fully charged in about 2 hours and has up to approx. 10 days of battery life.

Waterproof Design: IP67

Because of the dustproof and IP67 waterproof design, you don’t need to take off the tracker while washing your hands or running in the rain. The runR One is resistant to moisture, water splashes and, most importantly, sweat that comes with your workout or training. (However, the product should not be used in a sauna or while diving!)

Compatibility & Firmware Upgrade

The runR ONE fitness tracker supports firmware upgrades and is compatible with iOS 8.0 (and higher) or Andriod 4.4 (and higher). The App can be downloaded for free in your Apple Store or Android Play Store.
